Channel Catfish Ictalurus punctatus

These fish are pets.  Only one has been eaten.  Quite delicious.  The wide mouthed one are male, the narrow mouths are females.  They come in a range of colors between gray and black.

Catfish can "taist" with their skin and especially their whiskers.  This allows them to find food in murky water.  Catfish are scavenging omnivores.
