Texas Sage Salvia texana

Flower about 1/2" long. Plant grows to 6"-8" tall in single ormultiple stems. Bracts are dark red.

Blue Sage (Pitcher Sage, Azure Blue Sage) Salvia azurea var. grandiflora

Flower up to 1" long can be light to dark blue or occasionally white. Leaves are long & narrow. Upright plant grows 2-5 feet tall in single or multiple stems.

Lamiaceae (Labiatae) - Mint family

Mealy Sage (Mealycup Sage) Salvia farinacea

Flower up to 1" long, blue violet. Plant is covered in white hair. Leaves are grass-like to wide at base. Upright to mounding plant grows 1-3 feet tall with multiple stems.
