The 4 wings, a long single cell extends the length of the wing.

 

Nymphs of the suborder Myrmeleontinae live 1-3 years at the base of sand pits.  They are called antlions or doodlebugs (draw wavy lines in the sand before digging a pit).  They eat other insects that fall into the pit.  After 1-3 years as a nymph they build a round cocoon.  Adults resemble dragonflies.

Oleander Aphid Aphis nerii

Bright yellow body, black legs, black stalk on abdomen.  Eat oleander, butterfly weed, and milkweed.
